If interested please text the word SUPERVISOR to 510 209 2515 Please be prepared to email your resume** As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will manage a team of janitorial staff to ensure that buildings are clean and well-maintained. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of your team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Assign tasks to custodial staff and supervise their work. + Inspect the work of custodial staff to ensure it meets proper standards. + Assist in cleaning duties as needed, including factory floors and restrooms. + Order supplies and equipment, and manage inventory. + Establish and maintain standards for work performance. + Ensure productivity stays within contract parameters for labor, equipment, supplies, and other costs. + Lead a team of 25 or less janitors, with assistance from the main supervisor. **Essential Skills** + Cleaning + Housekeeping + Custodial + Mopping + Janitorial duties + Sweeping + Sanitizing + Inventory management + General labor + 1 to 2 years of janitorial lead or supervisor experience **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Bilingual in Spanish + Must have recent janitorial lead or supervisor experience within the last 1 to 2 years **Why Work Here?** Join a leading provider of integrated facilities management and support services. Available shifts are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The position is onsite, where you will assist while someone is on leave of absence for the rest of the year, leading a team of janitors. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fremont, California **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
